Monument Health is a nonprofit, community-based health system headquartered in Rapid City, South Dakota, serving western South Dakota and eastern Wyoming. It runs five hospitals and more than 60 outpatient locations across 44 specialties, with more than 6,300 physicians and caregivers, and is a member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network. Formerly Regional Health, it adopted the Monument Health name in January 2020.
